I am a vegetarian and have been for several years, but just recently my husband started to really bug me about how I should make sure to take a multivitamin everyday so I can stay healthy. I bought these women's health vitamins, but I am reluctant to take them. I know taking too many vitamins IS bad for you, but what about just one vitamin a day? Will it help, do nothing or possibly harm?
