It doesn't matter how many days are in every month. Unless its a leap year, from one day one year to the exact same day the next year is 365 days, or one year. So from May 31, 2006 to May 31, 2007 is one year, or 12 months, or 365 days.

It does not matter if every month does not have 31 days when it comes time for may 31 your son will be whatever age he is going to be. Just count 1 year every year since he was born to know how old he is

Then he'll be a year old.
It doesn't matter how many days are in a month. Your "birth date" is the day you turn a year old. It will have been 365 days since he was born that day.

He will be one year old...the number of days in a month don't matter, just the anniversary date.
