i have noticed that most girls like complete jerks instead of nice guys why i have no idea that y i ask

This is a very good question. It's my belief that in general they don't like mean guys. It's a gradual brainwashing that takes place. Nobody acts mean on the first date. They act cool and work their way into meanness after the girl is emotionally hooked. Mean guys are manipulators and bullies, nacissistic and self-centered.
Also, there is the idea that the girl can change the guy if she just "loves him enough". This is false, but it is a tenacious belief.
And, once a girl has invested a lot of time in a relationship, she many times will just keep trying harder and harder rather than cut her losses and get out.
Lastly, it can also be a matter of maturity. Once a female gets past the idealistic dreamy stage, they face reality and figure out they will have a life of hell if they stay with a mean man.
Maturity brings the realization that its so much sweeter to have a man who is kind, confident, compassionate and decent that some bad boy that you can never depend on to do anything for you but let you down.
If you are a nice guy, Nathan, stay that way. You are a gem. Decent guys are sexy because they have it all together.

Good question, tried to figure this out myself before. I think because nice guys like some of us don't give them the emotional roller coaster ride some want. Not all women are like that, but i've had a few tell me " You're just too nice." And it wasn't really in a complimenting way, more of a justification for leaving. Then I get an ***hole attitude, which is what you would think they want, and it only makes me look like a retard. It's a double edged sword.

it's NOT most girls, it's just the type of girls you happen to be paying attention to.
it always seems to girls that guys like the bitches and sluts. if you looked around more and noticed other girls, you'd probably see a lot of nice girls who like nice guys but aren't taken because a lot of nice guys (kind of like other nice girls) only like the people who will hurt them.
it's a problem with both guys and girls, really, even though it doesn't make sense for either one of them.

Girls that don't know the right person for them go for the badasses. Young girls don't like nice guys! They want a "badass" because that is what actors in movies present to them.
They think there is something wild about a jerk, a rebel, a badass.

I don't like ******* or jerks but I do like guys with a drive and ambition about them. Guys who are ambitious are rarely big nice teddy bears. I don't ever put up with jack a$$ behavior ever though.

It is not true. Not all girls like mean guys, I honestly don't know any girls that like jerks. I guess a girl suppose to be mean to like a mean guy like her.

i ask myself that sometimes. prolly because some chicks like it when it shakes. with nice guys, the stability it somehow gives can take away some fun. and i think it's a compliment that this one mean guy is being nice because he thinks you deserve the nice treatment.

Girls who like mean guys are usually insecure about themselves (no offence to any girl who has a mean bf)
Almost all of the girls I know hate mean guys... they seem to like the caring/thoughtful guys.
