can i drive my father car because i m 16 and i dont want to pay 415 dollars for my car insurance thats why i want to drive my father car.

Even driving your dad's car, you still have a duty to notify your insurance agent-- You will need to be a listed driver on your father's policy, or that would be misrepresentation

In this case, you better call your insurance carrier. You have too much at stake to trust somebodies answer that you don't even know. There should be a 24hr. phone number to call. They can bring the policy up and give you an answer. Trust me on this, there are too many variables to consider.
