THIS IS AN EXTREMELY SERIOUS INJURY AND NEEDS TO BE SEEN ASAP. If you have not already taken your dog to a veterinarian you need to go to an emergency clinic NOW. Alkaline burns on the cornea are extremely damaging and require extended flushing (greater than 30 minutes) followed by aggressive medical treatment. Basic chemicals will continue to eat away at the cornea and typically destroy the entire surface. These take a very long time to heal and often leave extensive scarring as well as "sticking" of the pink tissue (conjunctiva) around the eye to the cornea surface.

If you flushed your dog's eyes out and it's still red after a few minutes, you should call a vet for further instructions.

You should go to the vet. They will know what to do. They might even have eye medicine for him/her.
