The vet said she was "empty" so they were not able to get a sample. I dont know if it is normal for this mucus-blood after this procedure. She is active like normal.

Very normal. It can cause a bit of tearing inside the rectum. As it tries to heal itself the mucus forms to coat the delicate area. I think your kitty is fine. If it persists or amount increases go back to vet.

Seeing blood after a fecal is done is very normal. You shouldn't see large amounts of it but just a couple of drops. Almost all fecals are done by sticking your finger "you know where" and removing a sample, to do so the vet will curl their finger which scraps up against the wall of the colon (can cause a little trauma) If they blood doesn't stop then call or visit your vet about the problem.

The blood droppings "could be" from her feeling like she has to pee. The mucus blood is from trying to force it when there is nothing to pee. This is caused by a urinary tract infection. The blood and mucus comes from the bowels.

That's the only time I've found those "spots" with my cats. They had a urinary tract infection.

Perfectly normal. Just watch it and make sure she doesn't have more blood as time goes on.
