It won't.

Did he list the kid on his bio data sheet?

I t won't. Eventually he may petition his child to become a permanent resident in US then later on, a citizen. But if he has another wife in another country that's a different issue.

He signed a legally binding settlement, and that's probably for existence, and the financial criminal accountability is probably limitless. till she dies till she will become a citizen till she leaves the U. S. and provides up her green card Or till she has labored and paid taxes for 40 quarters (10 years) interior the U. S.. she would be in a position to not acquire yet another sponsor. for as long as she has her modern green card, he's her sponsor. Getting the image why it is silly now? are you able to even think of if he had gotten his relatives or friends in touch to be co-sponsors?

It won't - as long as he entered and is staying in the country legally, having a child in another country does not impact his application for US citizenship.

Try the United States Government Immigration Services website. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

If you cannot find the answer there, they do have offices you can visit and ask your question in person. Always best to go directly to the government, because laws can change quickly!
