When you feel comfortable enough those questions will just come out. I think your a little nervous and want to make sure you say the right things. It all takes time and experience as we all went through this.
Just relax when your with her and ask her what she likes to do,
what her favorite foods are, favorite music, etc. Try to find out what you have in common or what you can do together. Does she like a good movie then you can plan on renting a movie or going out to one.
Have fun and just be yourself, it takes time to get to know someone.

somethings that you should ask ur girlfriend...........
1. things that she likes to do, things that turn her on, her favorite color, even just the little things, like a card and some candy once in a while, ummm her favorite afrodesisic, a dream place that she has always wanted to visit,(and mabie one day mabie surprise her by taking her) things that make her laugh and smile, fav.food, get personal.....is she a virgin..or not, if she is, dont rush things, go at her speed, if not, gake her somwhere or set the room up so that it looks very romantic,set the mood stright, and make love to her, but you can even do that if she is a virgin, and just cuddle, up,....hope some of these things worked, ......best wishes

Ask what are her goals in life. Does she desire to have children some day. Ask about religion. If you were to ever married her you may consider to ask her this. Ask her what are her favorite hobbies. What foods does she like. What is the most special moment of her life.

Have you ever been in an insane assylum? STD check? How old? is alcohol, or any drug, her real best friend? What is her favorite way to spend time? Fav: music, movies, book? How does she spend time now ?(cuz that probably won't change.) Ever cheated? Does she have any girlfriends?(cuz the ones that don't are NUTS).

her birthday thats always a good idea.know about here family.her parents name at least one of her pets names if she has any. her favorite color. how old she is. her favorite hobbies. things she loves to do in her free time. stuff like that
