If he was born last year on May 31 then he would be one year old this May 31. It doesn't matter how many days are in each month. From one date to the exact same date the next year, is 365 days, unless its a leap year.

Well some one could tell you if you would provide a date of birth. It is still a full year even though there isn't 31 days per month.

Since that is the same day as my daughters birthday, I would guess 7, thats how old my daughter will be

I think they stilll add a year.. he just dont have a birthday for every four years.
