My mom is concerned that I started the year off by catching a cold. She's a bit superstitious so she thinks I'm going to be getting sick the whole entire year. *shrugs* Anyway, I want to reassure her that I'm going to be ok, by eating well, excercising regularly , and I want to take vitamins - thing is, I don't know which I should go for, any suggestions?

For colds, Vitamin C & Zinc. There is also something called Emergen-C it's a vitamin C powder that fizzes in water.
For everyday, a good quality multivitamin - ask someone at a health food store to help you choose one. Omegas are also good.

Zinc is great for getting rid of colds quick if taken at the 1 st sign of one.
There are many excellent ones at the natural food stores, they are better than the ones from the pharmacy
