I doubt it. When you heat up either oil they produce trans fatty acids. BAD FAT. so cooking either of them is bad for you.

So choose which tastes better to you. OR use olive oil. Which is much healthier.

the best oil is olive oil. its high in omege 3 fatty acid that will help burn bad fat cells. it will not hurt to fry with this do to the fact that its chemical makeup will not change because it has to be heated to 2000 degrees. go for it.

No because all oil has fat and it really doesn't matter 'cause pil is not even healthy no matter what kind it is.
