I am just wondering if there has ever been a mistake made with DNA testing. They say that DNA is always 100%, but human beings can and do make mistakes. Anyone know of any verified cases?

there are instances where DNA wasnt as accurate as one would think. There is a condition called Chimera where a person actually contains two different sets of DNA in various tissues. It is rare. There is an article on wikipedia that will provide more information.

Labs can make mistakes but rarely do. Mix up samples etc. You might want to verify that they are a certified lab using correct procedures and licensed technicians. An identical twin would be the only other person with the same DNA.

No, unless the scientist performing it is a complete moron, which scientist usually aren't, then you can guarentee %100 that DNA is correct.
