Lord Wilson, firstly may I congratulate you on your fine days hunting - sounds like you've had a most successful time.

As for preparing your spoils, I would suggest smoking the beast for at least 21 days using either Oak or Maple chips. Then stuff with baby quail and foie gras and slow roast allowing the tastes to blend. Serve with potatoes, roasted in duck fat, and fresh black pudding. Delicious....

I think this is just a wind up, this is an argument I use when fox hunters tell me that if i eat meat i shouldnt object to fox hunting, , I dont hunt for sport and bloodlust and I've often asked the twats in the saddles when the last time was they had fox stew or brush-tail soup..

my guess would be skin it and gut it then either slice chunks of it so you have fox steaks or cook it whlde just like a chicken
make sure you cook it very well though you don't want food poisioning. you could even make fox soup. just some suggestions.

Lord wig bottom I do hope you followed the correct procedure as set out in the hunting bill. As for cooking it give it to the paid help as a belated christmas gift. they can use the fur to make booties for their shoeless children and make a nice stew with the meat
