I CAN'T JOG AT ALL! NO JOGGING! NNNNOOOO JOGGING!

hyperlinks of websites would be nice. Its not that I don't eat right it's that I DON'T excercise.

Well, If you can't jog.. try walking up hill or try walking up and down some stairs a few minutes a day to start.. Also,cut back on your calories.. Not knowing your height, weight etc.. Cut out sugar loaded soft drinks, pastries, simple carbs.. You can eat them one day a week..but try getting the simple carbs in the morning.. If you say your not exercising.. then your taking in more calories than you burn on a regular basis.. Again, try doing something.. jumping jacks.. Jumping rope.. just get active..Hope that helps

Alright you want to lose that weight then follow these steps first you need to get the attitude of i am going to do this and nothing is going to stop me. Second you need to get a really good diet going on and eat less junk and fast food as possible third you need to walk about a mile or less each day start off small and work your way up big. if you feel you don't see results don't give up too fast. give it at least 1 to 1and 1/2 months. Give it a go!!!!

Just go to the gym 3-5 days a week for 1 hour. You can ask the people at the front desk what exercises are good for burning calories.

Walking is great! If you have somewhere you can go or a treadmill to walk on for an hour a couple of times a week, it can help a great deal!

Just start walking. A half hour 30-40 minutes is all you have to do.

u better get to power walking and weightlifting, go play basketball every now and then, go play softball or volleyball
