Everybody loves Wicked. Wicked loves everybody. Spare no expense, go to Broadway, New York and see the REAL thing. It is just as good as everybody says, buy the original cast recording, and don't waste time reading the book it's based on. You'll only get disappointed.

Wicked is the greatest play I have ever seen!!! Only because I did not get a chance to see Phantom Of The Opera!!! I did not see the original cast but it was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have compared some of the music clips from the original cast and the one I saw and they are both Wonderful. The book is OK but has a lot of sexually explicit language, am working on reading Son of A Witch now, the sequel.

I saw it with the oringinal cast of Kristen Chenoweth and Idina Menzel and it was amazing! The sets and costumes were incredible! But I have to say I can't imagine it being as good without the oringinal cast members!
