I'm in need for gaining weight i bought some weightgainer2200 and i'm wondering will this help me gain weight i want advice from people who are familiar with it i'm looking to gain 35 lbs. i weigh 108

In my opinion, you don't really need medication or things like it to gain weight. I think it would be safer if you could naturally gain wait by eating Carbs, lean meat such as fish or chicken, bananas are a good way to get some calaries, and other fruits would do good as well. Veggies such as lettuce, broccoli, carrots, squash and any other vegetable would be a good and healthy way to eat some calaries. Don't like the taste of Veggies or fruit? Try some veggie dip for the veggies and caramel or yogurt dip for the fruit. It will put some better flavor to those types of food.

weightgainer will help but really this question has several layers of answers.

1st - Just eat a ton, go to the gym if you can and lift some weights so you'll have a better chance of putting on muscle than fat. Age & gender play a role in this and I can only guess from your screen name.

instead of drinking water, drink fruit drinks. do little things to help get more calories. I'm assuming your a skinny person by nature and adding weight is very hard. If your just young than this wouldn't be the advise I'd give you.

Hopefully that's enought to get you started. Tell us more about your situation and we can give better advise. Age, gender, daily habits/routine, more specific goals, ect.

LOL YOUR FINE I WEIGH AROUND THERE AND 35 IS ALOT OF POUNDS TO GAIN UNLESS YOUR ALREADY A GROWN MAN WHICH IM NOT QUITE THERE. IM 16 SO 115 IS A GOOD SIZE WEIGHT I GUESS.

u should eat more thin usuall to stratch ur stomch but!!! do not go on eating all kinds of faty foods and bad greesy ones that will hurt your health at maby one more meal thin u usually do a day and if that doesnt work go to a doctor they can help!
