what should i do the most healthy thing i eat is a beef dinnar on sataday & I WANT TO JOIN THE ARMY I NEED HELP

Exercise some self control, otherwise you will be too fat and unhealthy for the serivces!
Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its easy to follow and effective. It also stops you getting hungry as you eat 3 (healthy) meals and 3 snacks a day;
PS Take more notice in your English lessons too!

OK. First I would swap the Coke for Coke Zero if you can bear it - the taste is similar and will get rid of siome of the sugar you eat if you cant stop it completely.

Find a gym and join it. When you see how much work it takes on the X trainer you may think twice about taking in the extra cake calories! Also, the extra cost of the membership may mean you can no longer afford to spend the money on cakes each day!
Joining a gym is sometimes helpful in that it gets you away from the temptations. I think that sometimes its not what you do at the gym - but what you aren't able to do that helps (i.e. sit on the sofa and eat cakes!)

You don't say if you are overweight or just unfit or just a bit worried. If the weight is a problem, maybe bite the bullet and join a slimming club. You only have to go once if you cant face it again - just get the healthy eating advice and fill up on the good stuff so there is no room for cakes!

If its fitness then the gym or running. the cost of gym membership is often enough to keep you going though. Speak to the instructors and they will set a program that helps you meet your goals - they will usually check on you regularly as well so you have some incentive to get better.

Go and see your local ACIO. They have an army fitness video and training programme which will help you. It will also gove you an idea of what work you will need to do to get where you want to be. Good luck!

Cut out all of that good stuff for 2 weeks. That way, you'll see that you can live without it. Every time you go for something unhealthy, reach for fruit or veggies. If you absolutley have to have carbonated beverages, try the flavored seltzer waters that are out there. If you have caffiene headaches (because at this point, your body is addicted to the caffiene), try the caffienated water called WaterJoe. Also, to help deal with the headaches, take excedrin.
Eat more protien and fiber. It fills you up faster.
Nothing in life is easy, and NOTHING is a quick fix.

if you knew what that sht was doing to you - you might stop.
google - aspartame ( its in coke).
the so called healthy food tastes much better anyway. nutin better than nice balanced meals. wouldnt swap a balanced meal for all the choc bars and cakes in the shop and im no health freak.
maybe try this: when you feel like a cake/coke just eat something like fruit or a proper sandwich - even if you dont feel like it just scoff it anyway - eventually your body will get the message and youll start craving better foods - you can then pig out on good foods and feel just as good as you do piggin out on junk ( but no guilt - happy days - )you just need to get your body addicted to new better sources of energy.

so what i drink at least two cans of coke a day as long as you aint sniffing it you will be fine.... they do have shops in the army where you can buy tuck you know.... but u do have to be fit and not mind getting up at the crack of dawn to do a major run...i found you need sweets and that in the army cos the food is crap and they give you the engery needed to get on with the training... so dont worry..be happy..cos every little ting is goin to b all rite....

if you wanna join the army you definitely need help, scarfing down cakes is the least of your worries.
why do so many people come on here asking for help about eating crap? just don't eat it, simple!
sorry you're geting the brunt of this, it's been building up for a while and you just happened to be in the way when my top blew. i have feeling you're having a laugh anyway so i'll let myself off.

Stop drinking so much coke and eating lots of unhealthy stuff - you said the answer yourself! You don't have to completely deny yourself, but you have to think in moderation.

If you must drink coke try drinking diet coke and eating low fat yogurts and sugar free jellies after a lot of them you get sick of sweet things Good luck.

thats nothing i drink about 50 cans and smoke about 170 cigs a week and and not moaning
