Does who had acl surgery plz help?

Anybody who had acl surgery plz help?
who does my knees still feel loose after 6 months of surgery? I thought it should be close to full recovery? Will it be permenant?

Because you probably didn't do a good rehab program. Did you go to physical therapy?

Also, 6 months is a very liberal rehab time for an ACL. 6 months is more conservative and even then you need a PT who knows how to rehab one or you will feel unstable.
