Every time I open IE it opens in half screen? I can go to full screen but it is an extra step.

Open IE. Hold down shift and click the maximize button on IE (the middle button on the top right). Close IE. The next time you open it, it will open full screen.

i'm not going to sound like as smart aaa but i think i know the answer is that you go to the top right screen and click the paper icon in the middle. it should open all the way.

Click on your start button, scroll through your programs until you find the windows that you want, right click, then go to properties, loOK for "size" then click on the drop down and select normal, Once you have selected your setting, click "ok" so that your setting will take affect. grab the lower right hand corner and stretcht it out till it fills the screen then x out and open again it will be full screen forever more
