It's kinda easy
I realized that body looses weigh easily somehow!!!
hmm, the hardest bit is the first week i guess
After that u feel kinda different

Run > For the body tunning
Eat less fat> For morning happines when you wake up :)
Weight lift > to stretch your skin and look cool

They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS.
