How can someone keep their breath fresh throughout the day besides using gum and mints that wear off.

brush your teeth twice a day, but more important for breath drink WATER most bad breath comes from being dehydrated.

Brush twice a day, drink lots of water, use that new toothbrush with a tounge scrubber, or use the mechanical ones with replaceable heads.

Besides brushing 3 times a day, they now have those Listerine papers you can stick in your mouth and they melt immediately. I was also told they help to fight germs and infections, so you will not be as likely to develop a cold! :)

keep a water bottle with you so your mouth won't dry out. also, eat snacks like apples & celery that clean your teeth. you might want to keep some dental floss or a small bottle of mouthwash with you, too.

brush twice a day and dont eat garlic, onions....they make a bad breath....use mouthwash....
