Where can I find simple and yummy weekly dinner planner?

I looked on Martha Stewart online but I couldn't seem to find a free shopping list for the week. Is there anything like that online? I would love to find a site that allowed me to select recepies and then organize them into a weekly shopping list. Or is there a book I could buy that someone likes and has used? Simplicity is the key.
