we do this one where we stand in a circle and two girls are in the center and they say, "Hey backrow" and then all the backrow players say, "hey what" and the middle 2 girls say, "Show me how you get down" back row says, "No way", same 2 girls "show me how you get down" backrow, "OK, we stomp are feet and boogie to the beat,we turn around, and touch the ground, and that's the way we get down." When they are saying that they stomp there feet, boogie, turn around, and then touch the ground, lol. But anyways the 2 middle girls say the same thing to the setters and hitters, and then one last time everyone does it.

It's really fun, and helps you get ready! hope you understood it.

Let's kick some (stomp on ground twice) butt (at the same time while saying butt, kick right leg up to the right and kick person on your right in the butt)
