Freud died in 1939. The first IQ test, the Standford Binet, was introduced in 1905 to identify school students who needed help. The most commonly used IQ test, the Wechsler scales, were not introduced until 1939. The early ingtelligence tests were used mostly with children, not adults. So most likely no one knows what Freud's IQ was as he was probably never tested. However, considering his life's work he was probably quite an intelligent man.
