Like what is more easier to quit smoking or lose weight? Or are they pretty much equal?

overeating and smoking are both addictions, but you can live without smoking but can't live without eating therefore getting eating under control is harder.

It depends on who you are.

If you've been smoking forever, then it would be a lot easier to lose weight. Considering all you have to do is get up and move 3 times a week for 30 or more, and eat healthy. However, if you don't eat the proper foods, then smoking might be easier to quit.

Either way, if you quit smoking, you might lose more weight. It all depends on how long you've been smoking, how much you exercise, proper nutrition, and if you really want to do it.

I think it's harder to lose weight again you can quit smoking but you can't quit eating.

Personally, I think they are both equal...as I can't do either one.
