First of all you should be EXTREMELY wary of doing business with an international merchant. Most people think that they are covered through the dispute process, but what most people don't take into consideration is the fact that US Consumer protection laws do NOT cross international borders, therefore if something goes wrong you bank literally has no dispute right. For example if you are with VISA your bank will be required to prove that you returned the merchandise and the merchant has to sign for the return and must accept it. If the merchant refuses your return and ships it back to you, then forget it because you will not win. The safest thing to do is get a PayPal account. They have a good dispute process and are very consumer friendly.
