not speakig from experience, but all my friends go to "Babs Tattoo Parlour" It's near the market, and doesnt look like a nice place from the outside, although i've been inside, it's very hygenic, they do exactly what you ask them to do, and none of the 13 people i know who've been there have had any problems with theirs. Infact they're all very pleased with them. x good luck - it's stuck with you for life! x
