Am I to understand you are not visiting Israel but you want to find some nice Sabra on line? Or do you plan to visit?

If you want to meet a girl that has the same interests as you, just trust yourself and go to some place *you* find interesting.
I don't think there's a specific place just for meeting girls.
One person here mentioned Tel Aviv and Jerusalem places. He's right, you'll find plenty of different people there.
You said a sabra girl so...maybe you might want to start doing sabra things. Like get a job, or joining a group.

One place you could try is the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv.
From there you can take a bus to anywhere and have alot of chances of meeting girls as alot of Israelis use the bus. Asking for directions is one way of opening a conversation.
Another place is along the tayelet (or boardwalk) along the beach in Tel Aviv. Many Israelis love to get out at night and stroll along its path.
Try the Mall in Tel Aviv, or pretty much the same places you would find some in the states.
The shuk in Tel aviv might be a spot to try as you ask them to help you pick out the perfect fruit or veggie.
I met my sabra at Gordon Beach in front of the Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv through a friend that I had met at a Hostel in the Old City of Jerusalem.
As far as finding a "nice girl" anywhere, Good Luck!!

dont know what you mean by sabra girl. but im also in israel for the year and personally i cant really understand ur question-you go any main street here and there is no end to israeli and american girls! but why would you come to israel (im assuming ur learning here) to meet girls? im sure youve been on ben yehuda and geula and see what goes on there!!!!!!!! i think it is the most horrible thing for good jewish kids to be hanging out in the one year that they came to learn! listen do what you gota do but if you at all see what i am saying -you can contact me through yahoo answers-and yes i am an american jewish girl in israel this year!
