I would try the Phys Ed teacher first. Sounds like you have a pinched nerve, maybe from sleeping funny or sitting too long on the bus.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.

Stop Shoulder Pain Permanently?

talk to Phys ed teacher., if it is that bad, several ways can be used to reduce a shoulder. 1) ice joint, prop up one end of a table about 8 inches, lay on table with a weight suspended from wrist.
2) Lay on back on floor. upper arm in inverted L shape on floor- upper armstraght out, fore arm at 90*. get a helper to grab your wrist and move arm to upright L shape so all move ment is your shoulder rotating. If it is going to pop out you should see marked tension(bone pushing against skin) deformaty vs other shoulder. After the manipulation check pulse to see if pulse is still there and there is no numbness/ tingling in arm. Either of these is a sign u need IMEDIATE medical attn.

All your teachers have first aid training. It's not that big of a deal to run you down to the er. Tell them and get yourself taken care of. You don't want to risk any permanant damage!

hopefully by now you've told someone - if it is "on the verge of popping out", you'll need medical attention to get it all back together right - you don't want to mess with the nerves and stuff getting damaged...that could be a lifetime of misery - when all you need to do is let someone know you're in trouble. they aren't going to go ff on you - your hurt.

Tell both Teaches Goober, unless you want to feel bad for the entire trip.

For God's sake, tell one of them! It might be something major. You're risking making yourself worse. It doesn't matter which one. Either way, it's their job to help you. Go tell someone.
