I have some very good ways but Im looking for more. -lol

Try the following -
- Do deep breathing
- Distract yourself with something that you like to do
- Go for a walk or do some other exercise
- Journal about positive things

Aromatherapy works well - burn some lavender or sandalwood essential oil (few drops in water), light some candles, sit quietly and try to concentrate on your breathing. Long term, meditation is great and breathing exercises are good. Try yoga or tai chi for life - works wonders. It takes a little while to get into the whole relaxation thing, but it's worth it. I was pretty stressed out when I was packing. Getting things done on time helps alot. You just won't relax until certain things are out of your way. Also crafts or any type of art. It really works because you release a lot creative and emotional energy.

I usually put on some classical music and take a hot bath with my favorite wine
