How long would you bake 3 stuffed cornish hens and at what temp?

actually you need to bake them at 350.... do not check the doneness by checking the leg, typically that would work but since they are stuffed you need to check the temperature of the stuffing it HAS TO BE 165 F. or else you may become very ill. the juices drip into the stuffing and unless it comes to temp you may get food poisining. that is why they don't recommend stuffing turkeys or chickens becasue by the time the stuffing is fully cooked the meat is usually dried out.

How would the mac and cheese dry out? It would be inside the bird. Use any recipe you want. Sounds like a terrible combination. I wouldn't do it. You don't need a recipe for roasting a Cornish hen. Put it in the oven at 350F until it's done.

I would bake them about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours at 350. You will be able to tell when they are done by the legs. They will start to look like they are going to come loose.
