Too much muscle will restrict your growth. You should avoid heavy weights until your closer to your growth potential. I've seen people who body build young end up 4-6 inches shorter than their siblings who didn't.

For a 14-yr-old, yes, that's incredibly strong! My friend's 16 yr old son is a fairly good size (muscle wise) and he can curl 15 pounds about 85 times with each arm... congratulations to you!!

Depends on your height/weight.
If you are 6'0 and weight 175 lbs, then you are pretty weak.
If you are closer to average height/weight, then you are probably average for someone who is just starting to work out. You should at least be able to bench your weight though to be considered 'fit'.
(For comparison, when I was 14, I was about 5'7/140lbs, and could curl 45lbs in each arm, and bench press 200lbs)

I wouldnt say you were "STRONG". I would say that your biceps are fit. If you want to become strong you need to lift heavy weights with few reps. Maybe 50lbs 4 sets of 10.
