Where is this quote from?

Ok, I asked this question a while ago but i didn't get much help. So, here it is again. Where did this quote come from? "A heart healed in anger can not break again." Please answer.

I think that it is from a poem, if that helps.

That line is from a fan poem someone wrote on a forum, with regard to the the relationship between Jack and Nina on the TV show 24. I'm sorry I can't find the URL again but this is the whole poem:

A Heart Healed in Anger

I thought that
Our love was sealed
Our world was perfect
No hate
Nor strife of man
Could break
This bond of gold
That linked us
Our hearts
Were together
Like two birds
Soaring
In the blue sky

I felt
The love
Which bound us
I saw
