Two pieces of advice: never get a tattoo to express a temporary situation that will definitely change, and never get a tattoo in a language you don't understand (there are shades of meaning that you might not want to include).

I miss you guys = os echo de menos tíos
guys = chicos or tíos
I miss you = te echo de menos (singular) or os echo de menos (plural)
guys is plural

"Los Extraño" (just means "I miss You"... so you can refer to anyone.)

"Los Extraño Chicos" (refering to Girls and boys together.. or just boys)

"Las Extraño Chicas" (refering to Girls)
