I weight 130lbs but I'm 5 feet 7 and I'm only 14 year old. Am I overweight and should be on a diet??

I weight 130lbs but I'm 5 feet 7 and I'm only 14 year old. Am I overweight and should be on a diet?? And of course, just for your info, my race is "ASIAN" hihih

im 13 and i went from 127 to 152 pounds and instead of starv9ing my self i'll get healthy go to asian stores and join YMCA or something, there's a website and u can get a diet buddy to eamil each other and see how's it goinig

14 year old 300 lb gilr...I'd say there's alot to love if you have a boyfriend, but now if you want to lose weight.
Get on a diet and cut those carbs down.
Drink lots of water.

Sugar turn to Fat.
So lay off the sweets. No Donuts, Pies, Cookies, Cake Sweet Rolls...none of that.
Eat rice and lots of it,,its good for you.
Eat a sensible meal and and salads.
Brocoli is good for you. Eat all the Brocoli you want.
Exercise, walk daily for a mile or around the park.
It's all up to you. If you devote yourself, you will be surpised when you fit in that 10 size bikini.

Dont get on a diet, youre ideal weight of a medium built gal your height.
Instead maintain your diet through light excercise and a calorie based meal plan. Other wise you''ll get to comfortable and gain more weight by the time youre a senior

No. You should always watch what you eat but to be honest at 14 I didn't! Besides according to your weight and height you're not overweight at all! Enjoy being 14!!

No, at 5'7" your fine . For shape and or muscle tone you should be doing(or start) an exercise program but 130lbs is not bad for male or female. Just remember , tone and body fat are going to show you how it hangs or looks on you . Women generally have more roundness to their shape and men are usually more angular.

You are u just average.
I'm 130 and I'm 15.
And i think i am pretty average.
Don't worry about your weight.
Only go on a diet if you really think you need to , but be careful with some diets.

I'm 5'6" and 130 pounds... so chances are, no, you're not overweight, especially if you're 14, because your body is still developing.

You should be eating healthy foods... not dieting.

no that sounds normal
don't diet.
eat what you want, but don't stuff yourself at everysitting, eat to be HEALTHY not skinny, u'll feel better. and exercise 3-4 times a week. don't exert urself TOO much, but get ur heart rate up for 20-30 minutes. be healthy! u could weigh 115 Lbs and that would be skinny, but u would look nasty as hell and feel like **** too, don't worry about ur weight!

I don't think you are overweight and I don't think that you should go on a diet. Just eat healthy foods, avoid sugar, avoid fried foods, and exercise daily. You'll be just fine.

Be a kid now, worry about it later. Eat healthy. Exercise. Don't starve yourself to lose weight.
