The flu is one that comes time mind off hand. Otherwise if there are no other symptoms and it is really bad pain with a high fever I would head to urgent care to get it checked out.

Any virus out there which affects children will cause fever and some kind of pain: flu, chicken pox, MMR, etc...

How high would the fever be? Where is the pain, and how much?
What type of pain?
Hopefully, you are just curious. But if this is your child, I suggest going to the dr.

Try a online website, that you type in the symtops and get answers for I used to do this alot but havent needed to for a long time so I cant give you the site I was using-srry

how old is the child? And if you suspect the flu you need to take the child in right away.. oh and please if he/she has a fever DO NOT use aspirin at all! Can cause some nasty stuff..

they could have scarla tina, the flu, cutting teeth, a virus, many things the safest thing to do is get them to the dr
