This is the way we make it:
Chicken Spaghetti
3# boneless, skinless chicken breasts boiled and shredded
1 lg block of Velveeta, cubed and melted
1 can of Mushrooms, pieces and stems
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (hot or mild)
1 lg onion chopped fine
1 lg green pepper chopped fine
1 pkg long spaghetti noodles
Mix everything in a pot except the noodles (prepare them as directed) and that is your sauce. Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
It's very good and different! Enjoy! :)
