my dad doesnt care...........what should i do?

Call another relative and ask them if the can talk to your dad or if they can take you to urgent care to get it looked at. You dad probably doesn't believe the pain is as bad as it is as many parents are never sure if their kids are really sick or just faking it. If you call another relative and have them talk to him or ask them to take you to urgent care then he may realize that you not just pulling his leg so to speak.

tell your mom and if mom is not avaliable try taking a nap or let someone at school know what's going on
