Foods that are not processed contain all of their natural vitamins: whole vegetables, fruits, whole wheat grains. Organically grown foods lack the chemicals, additives, growth hormones, and pesticide sprays that can cause cancer and do other kinds of harm to our bodies. You should eat meat from animals that are fed natural plants, not animal products, and are allowed to roam free rather than live in a confined, less healthy environment. Avoid shellfish, animals that eat from the bottom of the ocean, often eat toxic waste put out by the fish that have been polluted by their water...shellfish thereby intensify this toxicity when they eat this waste.

Anything that doesn't look like it once did when it came from the ground/animal is probably very much changed and less natural and less healthy. Avoid too much sugar or salt. Honey is a natural and healthy sweetner.
