I think it's tough. There is a chemical that is released in a woman's brain when the penis is inserted into the vagina - ??oxytocin, I believe it is called. Anyway, this chemical is considered the "attachment" chemical. In other words, sexual intimacy causes women, because of our hard-wiring, to attach to a man more easily than a man attaches to a woman. This is for all sorts of evolutionary reasons, as you can imagine - security, caring for future offspring, etc.

Keep this in mind during these FWB situations - my advice is, if you are not getting mind-blowing orgasms out of the deal, don't do it. You are tying up your emotional and sexual energy with a person who won't commit to you. Is that worth it?

It's possible. Women, and MEN can both do it. Men and Women are wired a lot mor similar when it comes to emotional connection then society want you to believe. If you are having emotional feeling toward each other then you need to talk about it. Make an agreement that you are both happy with, and continue or break it off. Communication is the key.

I have had some wonderful friends with benefit relationships, but that was only due to great communication. You also need to know when to end it. If you linger to long someone will get hurt. I hope that helped!
