Depends on where you live. I would chose Niagra Falls, NY or Canada side, also Pocono's in Pennsylvania, Honeymoon Capital, both places very Romantic. Just chose a place that you both have an interest in and some place that you know you both will have fun, could even be a few places you pick out on the map, just relax and enjoy your special time together. Congratulation's To You and Your Fiance'.

Try Domincan Republic... Punta Cana is a good place... Or Sandals Resorts in Jamaica. Sandals has a program called Wedding Moon where the wedding is included in your stay at the resort. That's what I did. Just stay away from Montego Bay unless you wanna hear airplanes all day (it's next to the Runway of the MoBay airport).

Laughlin is considerably less expensive than Vegas, but you might get a good package deal in Vegas if you shop around, Atlantic City would be similar.

depends on where you are. check the phone book, or just get your marriage license and find a priest. Anything is cheaper than a wedding with guests.
