Wat's their 2 be jealous.Next time when someone u like doesn't talk 2 u then jus ignore that person the way he/she did 2 u n don't talk 2 HIM/her 4 atleast 2-3 days n talk 2 some1 he/she doesn't like n see he/she will be jus jealous n try 2 come close 2 u!!!!!
Jus try it.I tink that's gonna work coz it worked on me

Not jealous really, it takes me to the depths of sadness and self hate. It makes me feel like "Am I worth-less ?"

No i do not - if you jealous this shows insecurity in you- you be yourself - remember there is no one like you in the world and you are unique - build the confidenece in you and be your self - do not worry about the world - if she does not chat to you it is not your problem it is hers and it is her loss..... do not worry about people = there are many weird people in the world. and good luck
