That wobble is not untoned muscle; its fat.

You could work your legs and it would improve the tone of your muscle, but the wobble will remain.

To get rid of this fat you will need to stick to a healthy eating plan, low in fat, salt and sugar.

Also note that you cannot spot target fat loss on a particular point of your body. It is impossible. You will lose fat equally all over your body assuming you are doing enough (exercising) to lose weight.

I would recommend joining a gym and doing at least 30mins of CV work 3-5 times per week. Incorporate a weights session 3 times a week (hitting every muscle group in the body) to tone up and build your muscles - this will naturally up your metabolism and more muscle = more calories burnt simply by sitting around (between work outs obviously!).

To tone your gut - crunches, leg lifts or middle workouts like Pilates. To tone your love handles - grab a dumbbell for each hand, then slowly bend sideways from the waist. To tone your inner thighs - placed a small ball (rubber toys artwork perfect) between your top thighs. Lean lower back hostile to a flat, instantly vertical floor (i.e. a wall) and then do squats even as making particular that your lower back remains in complete contact with the exterior. Do cardiovascular exercising like aerobics or strolling to burn off the fat. this is quite unnecessary aesthetically to have toned muscle tissues if all of your fat's nevertheless there.

Try distance running.

I know many female runners and they all have great legs! It may get boring, but if you enter a few races it will give you some motivation. Don't worry, its not the Olympics - just finishing is a fine accomplishment - try 5 kilometers.

The people you will meet are nice too.
