like easy to do. I am not out of shape (def not!! lol 5st 10lbs is NOT out of shape at 13) but i want to increase my level of fitness. ideas?

i do dancing already :) but i want to build up stamina and speed and strength and felxiblilty lol

i do have stamina or strength but I WANT TO BUILD IT UP i didnt ask for your opinion. I am not out of shape. I have a 21inch waist. tiny. but i want to be HEALTHIER

and i am average height. not out of shape. ever. i would NOT let it hapen. fatness makes me feel sick.

running is easy! not that easy but still doesn't require anything! just put on your favourite music and run!
or do stretching and sit ups and push ups and stuff at home!
you can also try dancing if you like it!

Play basketball. It's hard to find any activity that promotes fitness more. It's one game that always makes you sweat. Basketball is better for fitness than baseball, because, if you play baseball, you might just stand out in left field watching the dandelions grow. Also baseball is more seasonal than basketball.

Another way is to get a job that requires manual labor. A good rule of thumb is that if it makes you sweat it keeps you fit. At 13 you can get gardening and housecleaning jobs easily, if you don't ask for too much money.

"Easy to do"? What's that? What does that have to do with fitness?

You are either very short or definitely out of shape if you only weight 5st 10lb!!! you must have no muscle at all, no wonder you don't have much stamina or strength.

Apparently swimming is the best form of exercise, as it uses every muscle in the body, without putting strain or pressure on any of the joints.

Exercise. If it's easy, it's not going to work. Get into some kind of sport.
