You can save the 5.00 and use the hottest water you can possibly stand on a face clothe. Wet the face clothe with the hottest water you can stand, make sure all of your hair is out of the way and off of your face, then apply the face cloth over your face not using alot of pressure do this very lightly the heat does the work. Hold it there as long as you can gently wash your face using NO soap. THis will open up the poars and let the oils out, then let the air hit your face and useing cold water place the facial clothe over your face like suggested above. This will close your poars. This is what I do, I do not have pimples or any acne problems and never have. I do use a moisturizing cream on my face but I use it sparingly not to add to much. I use clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion and that is not lwss than 5.00 but is hypo allergenic and very much worth the money. Try this twice a day and you should see results.

Hi
Laser treatment is definitely out of the way seeing your spending will. All medicines have side effects as you may be aware, so proceed with care. You have the following OTC ( Over The Counter)
Benzoyl peroxide which may reduce oil production.
Resorcinol- which can help break down whiteheads and black heads.
Salicylic Acid - Same application as above .Also helps cut down the shedding of cells lining the hair follicles.
Sulfur - Same as Resorcinol.

Vitamin A is recommended for such problems .
Don't scrrub your face to irrtate the problem and make it worse.
Try tea tree oil.
Are you a teenager or an adult as no doubt your skin type is quite different from each other's.
Check with your doctor about the vitamin in question if you so wish.

you really nt going to find anything for 5 dollars thats going to work for acne and the scars they leave..try Neutrogena Acne mark fading peel..its gentle for sensitive skin and its an enzyme peel so it assists with the exfoliating process without irritating..only do it 2-3 times a week and be consistent and you'll see a dfference in a couple of months..its 14 dollars but it lasts you about 2 months..good luck!

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then twenty times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer,

for blemishe try ambi, skin succes, or dr fred palmers. these all work wonders. and i get them all at walmart for like 2 or three bucks. for the acne itself use noxema, or neutrigena. oh yeah and i noticed your name are you indian cause these products are great for dark skin tones so they will work better than the ones people are suggesting for you.

good luck and take care.

Clearasil works. Avon has a good product. And if you get some extra money, go for ProActiv...

clearasil pimple drying up cream. (I don't actually know the name, though I use it.) it has like 10% bonzoil paroxide when other creams only have about 5%.
