Wow, do i understand what you're speaking approximately. i'm married to a bipolar guy. he's a superb individual, yet has had difficulty preserving a activity down for the previous 10 years. i could say that he won't be in a position to bypass longer than 6 months in one place. He a million) would not shield rigidity properly, 2) has difficulty waking early interior the day, 3) has non-end conflicts with co-workers, and four) has no tolerance or staying power handling human beings's blunders or loss of duty. He needs, better than something, to be a provider for his family individuals, yet with out thinking, he will supply up a activity earlier looking a sparkling one. i think of one factor that has helped is calling low-rigidity jobs that he feels gentle at. one factor he grew to become into in a position to do grew to become into paintings graveyard shifts, so as that he had minimum human beings to handle on a daily basis. It grew to become into stressful, and nevertheless is, explaining to employers why he could choose a activity for $eleven according to hour, while he has ran his very own enterprise, and been an account govt for a great number of years. He would not want to tell employers approximately his disease as a results of stigma related. All i can inform you is to locate your nitch. it is great which you have the affection and help of your loved ones. come across a activity which you want to bypass to on a daily basis, whether it ability taking a great paycut. If all else fails, be conscious for incapacity advantages..and while they deny you..be conscious lower back. superb of success to you...

Seems to me that he needs to take a serious look at both himself and the type of work he is carrying out.

Unfortunatley we have all at times had to do work that we feel either beneath us or the jobs just not for us, either way he should get on with it ,stop his bitching and arguing & keep looking for something more suitable.

A word to the wise ............ If he keeps getting sacked / walks out he is just setting himself up for a fall.

I have never left ANY job on bad terms as you just might need to work there again in the future as we all have bills to pay.

End of the day he can please himself, just don't expect me to pay his bills whilst he's unemployed.

He sounds like he has depression. He should seek help so he can get on medication and be happy in a job insteed of picking apart each job he is at. Some people who are clinically depressed will never be able to work. I have 1 Aunt and 1 Cousin who are severlly depressed and are not advised to work. This really is a problem and not an excuse.

I don't know him......but it could be that he is young and trying to find who he is. Alot of kids 16-25 will have several jobs before they find the perfect one.

It could be depression, has something affected him when he was younger? If not, he could go to the careers office as ask to take a psychometric test to find that what he's good at; what are his strengths and weaknesses are. Taking the hobby path and training for it could be the key.

I believe that if he doesnt want to work in a restaurant or store the best place for him is a call center.. Why>???? Well no one tells him anything he takes calls all day.. not only that but if he is doing wrong they help him in a good way to do better... No argument and he dosent have to be with his supervisor or @ them all day everyday! Tell him to try it.. Its great

well what he should do is....find something that he's really good at and go self employed....he is his boss so he will argue with himself if anything goes wrong...i think he just hates boss's, and hates being told what to do...it's not good arguing with the boss, No1 tip is to always stay on the boss's side because they pay the wages..... i went self employed because i hated having a boss and i knew i could go it alone, it works good for me....now if anything does go wrong (which hardly ever does) there's only me to blame...suggest that he tries something he's really good at, there's people out there who can help him fund it if he has no collateral....he may be pleasantly surprised...then there's no more boss's breathing down his neck

Never loan him money. He'll eventually ask you for some if he hasn't already. He needs to learn people don't owe him anything and he better learn to keep a job. Sorry, but his g/f is crazy for staying wih him.

he needs to find a job he enjoys doing or the same pattern will continue.
he obviously has low patience and once a job starts to bore him then he is off.

i would guess he needs to loook at his life and what he really wants to do, quite possibly he will have to train up to get the job he would actually enjoy.

It sounds like your brother needs some direction. If he is in his twenties it may take till he's in his thirties. Or help him to find a field that he is interested in. He needs to take a class or two.
