Vicente Fox is not the president of Mexico anymore.(thank God).
Illegals only do "hard job" for $$$. Do you think the wages in Mexico are good enough for that? Uh no..

In my opinion, former Mexican President Vicente Fox insisted on looking at the illegal immigration issue strictly in terms of labor. Meaning, he just considered all of the hard work illegal immigrants from Mexico contributed to the United States and ignored any possible danger that the unsecured borders would pose. Although no one ever wanted to admit it, Fox knew that his government did not cater to its own people, nor did it make too many efforts to improve the job market. With that being known, and seeing how many Mexican citizens were entering into the US, he used the US as a scapegoat--a neighboring country to place the blame. Putting up the wall would be discriminatory and against freedom? Hardly! It would have just forced Fox and his administration to actually "clean-up" their act and provide for the people of Mexico.

Probably because in Mexico, we have no system such as welfare in the US. Want to live? Work to eat. That's the system. The only things the poor receive is a small lot of land (so they can build a house??? with what??) and one bag each of rice, beans and flour for totillas each month.
If that were the case in the US, many of the welfare recipients would be looking to leave just the same.
In Mexico, the gov't isn't being racist - they don't care about ANYONE!
The US cares about people - that's what makes them the US!

In America we ALL get to make our own decisions. Yes, the Dixie Chicks have a Constitutional right to disagree with the war and to bad mouth President Bush. Not only were they allowed to do this, they were allowed to do it on national TV. They were not censored, fined, jailed or in any way punished for speaking their views. Now, put down the Kool-Aid and pay attention. As an American citizen I have the right to disagree with the Dixie Chicks. I also have the right not to buy their CD's. You don't have to like what I decide or agree with it but you can't stop me from voicing my opinions. In this country I have the same rights as the Dixie Chicks, even if I am not rich and famous. So do we all.

Fox is no longer the prez of Mexico and actually never really was, he was a puppet for the cartels. The cartels run Mexico and the people there in office are just fronts. Fox tried to get an open border policy wit the US just like Canada has, and it was not for "his" people, it was for the cartels. Thats the only reason Fox was "allowed" to continue his place as "prez"??, because the cartels allowed him to do so. Why do you think Fox was able to serve his term "alive", was because he did not cross the cartels????? Remember, anyone coming into any Mexican office, and comes in with the idea of "cleaning" up Mexico, ends up in a pine box>!!!

Mexico's new president Calderon seems to have a slightly different out look.At least hes putting some effort into stopping drug smugglers in TJ.But I am sure he feels pretty much the same as Fox did,it seems to be Mexico's policy to talk anything bad about this country. No the minute you cross into Mexico illegally you are a felon. They aren't as nice to illegal aliens as we are in the USA.

That's nor her nor there, it's easier for americans to cross the border to Mexico than the other way around, besides Fox is now e-president, the current Pres. is Felipe Calderon.

Yes you can.

First of all, you are not being invited by the Mexican gov. to be there unlike the U. S. does.

Also, if you were to be as hard working people as "illegals" are, you would be in great demand in Mexico.

It is racist to build a wall between Mexico and not Canada.

Why am I not surprised that you dont get it. 10 billion is needed here in the schools system instead of building a wall.

Strange how that works,huh?

Just for grins, do some research on how Mexico treats it's illegal aliens in south Mexico. They are met by armed non-friendly soldiers. Many are robbed & beaten by citizens waiting to take advantage of them...

Fox and Bush are in this together, they are co-conspirators,they both should be put on the chopping block.I don't need government idiots telling me how to live my life ,i know right from wrong ,but they don't and they don't care that they don't,plain and simple.were all pawns in their game.
