Im a preteen, 5ft, 120 lbs. other than less junk food, and running, any good cardio excersises or weight loss tips I can use?

well maybe go n some more walks and you could still eat junk food but less and start eating more healthy foods well when u eat ur plate should be half full with veggies and the other half with meat and pastas and stuff like that it really helped me i use to weigh 125 and now i weigh about 95 pounds

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I'd "kill" to be 120, but please pass any great weight loss tips on to me that you get OK? I've tried almost everything. The other day I was watching infomercials and I ordered something I think it was called Marylou Henners Action Guide or something or other. I will keep you posted. It takes four to six weeks to get here. I am supposed to lose a good deal of weight in like 21 days though. Anyone else tried that?

What are you worried about? You're going to loose a lot of that "baby fat" when you go through puberty and stretch into your skin! Don't worry...be happy! Play sports and utilize your characteristics and strengths, like football! Enjoy yourself and don't be so hard on yourself. You will loose that extra weight naturally!

stand up and walk atleast 5 mins after evry 2 hours while working

last year i tried to put on weight so i ate everything healthy i could stand and of course it didnt work i lost 2stone over christmas nd new year.
