This person needs immediate help, don't ignore it. don't let them be alone. You are not responsible for this person, you don't have to parent them, beware of being manipulated into sex, other unacceptable behaviors. this person needs adult peers to help them, and you need to set boundries so you don't go down with them. Also these kinds can lead to school shootings - don't delay.
Call police, suicide hot line, etc. but make multiple contacts. Minister of a church, thiers?

run don't walk to the school counselors office and tell her. That sort of thing should not be used as a way of keeping kids in line or maybe she means it. In any case, the best thing you can do is get her the help she needs and telling the school counselor is the best person to tell
