Of course you do. And you gain weight when you eat and drink. You can alter your weight by several pounds by eating/drinking more or less. Dehydrated people can lose 10 pounds or more of water, but that's temporary and unhealthy.

Anything that is discharged from your body would have to have mass, so, yes, you would lose at least a small amount of weight.
